Impulsive Determinations

Okay so this is one thing that I do not highly recommend doing, but if it happens then it happens. So, these are just some examples of things that I just did, but if you were to do so, it would be best to put more thought into it. I would say that I am a very impulsive person, and, in the things, I do, I do not put much thought into it, nor do I ask anyone for their opinions because I do not want that to affect my decision. Some things that I impulsively did was just do random piercings, like just by using a regular earring, and luckily I have never got an infection, got 5 tattoos within a year because of stressful things going on in life, however getting a tattoo is a very big distraction, and when all is said and done you are very tired afterwards, joined the military because of the benefits for school, however that backfired of me, moved from place to place a few times, like I would say that my whole life consists of last minute decisions that I do not regret.
However, it would have been smart on my part to think about some of the things more because I just basically put myself through tough things that I cannot just back out of, but at the same time if I did not do things the way I do, I would be living a very boring life right now. Plus, a lot of the things I did made me love or hate specific things, and it did not take me half my lifetime to even discover that. Also, if you put too much thought into the things you do throughout your life, you will overthink it and not end up doing it. For example, if I watched and listened to what everyone said about the military, I know I would have never joined. So, my point here is that if you think it looks cool or will benefit you in some way, you should just go for it and disregard what anyone has to say about it, if you live like that, I believe that you will not even be happy throughout your lifetime because you are letting other people and ideas guide your decisions.

The author Tom Robbins is quoted as saying, "Try anything once, except incest and folk dancing". Saying YES to ideas can create a life rich with experiences (and sometimes a resume with enough holes that it looks like Swiss cheese) but that's okay too.
